Streamlining B2B Sales with AI
"Responding to inquiries and creating business proposals is still largely a manual and time-consuming task in most B2B companies. These tasks are often repetitive and can be effectively automated. Ydoca enables businesses to save time and resources by integrating their data, analyzing incoming inquiries, and generating personalized proposals—all within minutes instead of hours or even days," explains Peter Dzuruš, co-founder and CEO of Ydoca.
Lengthy Procurement Processes Hinder Growth for Young Companies
Ydoca was founded as a side project by two experienced entrepreneurs, Michal Bukový and Peter Dzuruš, who have been working together for seven years. The founders have long been aware of the challenges associated with procurement processes, which they encountered frequently in their previous roles. Their product development was inspired by their own experience with the administrative burden of pre-sales processes.
Tasks such as finding the right answers to recurring questions or manually filling out security and inquiry forms can slow business growth, especially for young companies. While traditional solution providers focus on better managing these tasks, Ydoca aims to eliminate them entirely by centralizing a company’s knowledge into a software solution that automates lengthy procurement steps using generative AI.
"We were impressed not only by the technological innovation but also by the strength and determination of the team. They have found a way to significantly simplify business processes without requiring complex implementation or managing extensive knowledge bases. We believe they have the potential to become a key player in B2B sales automation," says Michal Ciffra, partner at DEPO Ventures.
Investment in Fuel Market Launch
Ydoca will use the investment to further develop its product and bring it to market. The startup is focused on a go-to-market strategy that includes marketing, sales, distribution, and effective customer acquisition. Their goal is to build a robust solution that automates business processes, saves time, and delivers real user value. Additionally, Ydoca is launching a new website and introducing a freemium pricing model, allowing businesses to try the basic version of the product for free. TRY NOW.
"Established players in the market are implementing AI very slowly and superficially. Ydoca has taken a bold approach, leveraging AI as a core technology with the ultimate goal of fully automating most pre-sales processes," adds Michal Bukový, co-founder and CTO of Ydoca.
A significant milestone for Ydoca was its participation in the StartupYard accelerator, which provided expert mentoring. Through the TechBoost program—a joint initiative by DEPO Ventures and StartupYard aimed at fast and effective financing for early-stage deep-tech startups—Ydoca received support during a crucial early phase of its development.
"Their team has strong product development expertise, and StartupYard mentors have validated that Ydoca is addressing a real problem with a clear return on investment. We worked together on GTM strategies, outreach messaging, and pricing. I personally appreciate their determination, ambition and strategic thinking," says Cedric Maloux, CEO of StartupYard.
